Greg Farmer - General Manager
Greg is responsible for the development of the company's policies and strategic planning.
Formerly a manager within the Finance and Accounting area of Telstra, Greg joined Spark & Cannon in February 1988 and has developed a thorough knowledge of the transcription industry in Australia. Greg's commitment to the industry is further evidenced by his work as vice president of the Australasian Court Reporting Industry Association (ACRIA).

Matthew Fowler - Director, Financial Controller, Business Development Manager & State Manager (New South Wales)
An employee of Spark & Cannon for the past seven years, Matthew is responsible for the financial management and growth of the company. He is an Australian Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business, qualifying with Deloitte where he held a management position within the Business Services and Audit division.
Matthew is further responsible for the implementation of the stringent internal reporting that is required of Spark & Cannon as a publicly listed group of companies. In addition, he oversees the day-to-day management of the Sydney office and is a director of the company.

Seán Rowell - National IT Manager & State Manager (South Australia)
With over 27 years' recording and transcription industry experience in computer networking, programming and systems support, Seán has unsurpassed expertise in the installation and maintenance of analogue and digital recording equipment, digital archiving and document management systems. He has the overriding responsibility for IT management in all of Spark & Cannon’s offices, having developed a highly skilled team who can provide strong internal support as well as service excellence for the company's clients. In addition, Seán is responsible for overseeing the management of the Adelaide office.

Sam Fagan – National Client Services Manager & State Manager (Northern Territory)
Sam has been with the company since 1997 and has held several operational and management positions. In her current role she is responsible for providing assistance and support to all operations managers in areas such as staffing, client liaison, HR/IR issues and driving process improvements. In addition, Sam is responsible for overseeing the management of the Darwin office.

Renae Dunstan – State Manager (Victoria)
Renae is the State Manager of our Melbourne office. Renae has been with the company since 2000, commencing in her current role in April 2006. Prior to her appointment as operations manager, she was a transcriptionist. Renae has the responsibility of ensuring a quality service is delivered to all contracts and clients serviced by the Victorian office.

Sue Brodie – State Manager (Western Australia)
Sue has been working with Spark & Cannon since April 2010. She has worked in high profile positions for Locksafe Industrial Safety Equipment, the Australian Public Service Commission, for iiNet’s help desk and for the WATAB Call Centre. Sue is now responsible for the efficient provision of services to our broad Perth client base.

Lisa McCullough – State Manager (Queensland)
Lisa commenced with Spark & Cannon in 2010 as the State Manager for our Brisbane office. Prior to joining the company, Lisa worked as a stenographer for New Zealand's Ministry of Justice where she prepared live transcripts for the Auckland District Court. She therefore brings with her a first-hand understanding of our clients' need for the timely delivery of accurate transcript.

Christine Crichton – State Manager (Tasmania)
Christine commenced with Spark & Cannon in 2004 as a transcriptionist. She quickly assumed the role of State Manager in our Hobart office and is responsible for the quality, timeliness and delivery of transcript to a wide range of clients.

Kurt Ager – State Manager (Australian Capital Territory)
Kurt has been working for Spark and Cannon since March 2010 as the State Manager of our Canberra office. He brings transcription typing experience to his role and will continue to oversee all aspects involved in providing high quality services to our Canberra client base.

Christine Bradbury – Financial Accountant
Christine has been with the company since March 2008 and brings with her 38 years of accountancy experience in various environments. Articled to a firm of Chartered Accountants in the UK from 1971 to 1978, the year she migrated to Australia in her current role she is responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the accounts department of the company.

Mark Evans - Marketing Coordinator
Mark brings more than seven years of industry experience to his role as Marketing Coordinator. He has held several previous positions within the Transcription, IT and Audio Visual Installation industries and commenced with Spark & Cannon in 2009. In his current role Mark is responsible for coordinating the company's sales and marketing activities across Australasia, in addition to coordinating the court monitoring services within New South Wales.
